What is compost and how can I use it in my garden? If you're wondering how to make your own compost and compost tea, this class will review the basics of turning your kitchen scraps into the most beautiful soil you can use in your garden. It's easy, natural fertilizer for your garden!

DETAILS:  We are hosting this event in our retail greenhouse next to the farm market. Although we expect warm weather, we suggest you prepare for cold temperatures. I will go through the different options for composting and teach you how to turn old lettuce and egg shells into usable materials for your home garden!
