mix, freshly harvested every day. Fresh Organic Produce now available includes
Lettuce, Gourmet baby green salad mix, Spinach, Turnips, Beets, Collard Greens, Cilantro,
Sage, Lavender, Komatsuna, Swiss Chard, Kale, Scallions, and Leeks.

Farm Market News
The Farm Market is stocked with our cooking and salad greens, carrots, jams, pickles, frozen
products, smoked cheeses and sausages. The bakery cases hold a variety of artisan breads, quick
breads, scones, shortbreads, cookies and pies. YUM!
Frankie's fresh fish is available for pickup at the farm. Frankie Musser (formerly of Frank's Simply Seafood Restaurant and Market) is experienced, knowledgeable and ready to meet your seafood requests. Call or email Frank to receive his weekly availability and specials list. He personally picks up the fish you order, brings it to the farm by Friday noon for you to enjoy the same day or the next. From April to December, come into the market for those delicious artisan breads from Bantam Bread Company in Bantam, CT. Visit the Products page for a broader list.
We will continue to carry raw milk from Stonewall Dairy in Cornwall as well as pasteurized milk and cream from Arethusa Dairy in Litchfield. Try also Arethusa's seasonal chocolate milk and ice cream soon to come (oh so creamy and delicious). From Butterfield Farm Dairy in East Granby, CT enjoy rich, creamy cheeses, yogurts, milk, and even lotions, creams and soaps - all from the local farm's delicious fresh goatmilk.
One of our favorites... English Pudding Cakes from Dere Street Products in Danbury. These are flavorful, "upside down" cakes that overflow with creamy sweet pudding syrup when turned upside down. These personal-sized cakes are already baked, frozen, and only need a minute to warm and serve. You can't help but love these delightful desserts for the entertaining you might be planning, or for yourself and/or family. Come in and ask for a sample - you'll be glad you did. New this spring! - Dere Street muffins and cookies... can't wait!
Try one of our delicious olive or grapeseed oils. We have chocolate/caramel covered pretzels and apples, as well as other "sweet treats" to please kids and adults alike!
There are dips and pretzels, cheeses and chips for snacks or appetizers. Our scones (fresh baked or frozen) are delicious for brunch or afternoon tea-time.
