Each month, we will host a weekend dinner series, three chefs, one whole animal. It’ll be a beast of a feast! Each month will have a different theme: chicken, seafood, lamb, goat, pig, or cow. There is no particular order. We are strictly sourcing from our local farm friends so each month’s theme and each night’s chef will be TBA .
